Meeting 1.  You begin with your Free 30 Minute Discovery Call where you share your company’s vision and problems, and you confirm that we can work together.

Meeting 2. This is a one-hour session where we go through an Information Gathering & Understanding process.  I will ask you a lot of questions and share potential strategies for creating a plan for your company.

Meeting 3.  We will go through Your Magic #’s series of spreadsheets, which is a valuable tool I created to help you understand and manage your company’s numbers.  This will help us understand what can be done, how it can be done, and this creates a baseline for your company.

Meeting 4. Our last meeting is my Presentation of Your Plan.  This will be broken down by time periods, along with action items for each of your company’s departments.

At the end of your four meetings, you will receive all the Work Product we did together, including Your Magic #’s and Your Plan, and the recordings of each meeting.
