Sometimes meeting in person is just better.
Tim can meet with you and/or your team. These meetings generally fall into three categories:
1. Team Facilitator. Sometimes having an outsider helps everyone get on the same page for topics that range from accountability to planning. Tim helps you clarify who does what on your team and where you want to grow with your team. A common use for this meeting is in the 4th Quarter when Planning for Next Year.
2. Owner/Management Team Meeting. Tim will meet with just you, and/or your management team to review, discuss, and plan the future and where you want to go.
3. Quarterly Meetings with you and/or your Management Team to review last quarter and plan the next quarter. This option is the most popular because it creates consistency for you and Tim.
