We will discuss what is involved in selling your business and how the process works. Tim will explain what you can expect and how your business is valued.  By the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of what your business is worth.  Additionally, Tim will discuss what someone would pay that does not know you or the closet business.

Option 2- $250 per session

There is a big difference between owning and operating your business for yourself and preparing your business to sell.  If you want to begin increasing the value of your business to sell, start now as it is usually a 2–3-year process. Tim will help you to address the improvements you need to focus on immediately that will increase the value of your business.  Usually, this session will become a Quarterly Meeting to review, focus, and improve your company’s value. This service will break down what is involved in selling your business and how the process works.
